Commercial and Preventative Maintenance

We offer a wide range of services to the Commercial sector. We offer a standard reactice/call-out service where we receive a call and details of a job and we go out to it and either fix there and then or temporarily make safe then plan to return ASAP. We also offer services that involve periodic visits to Businesses. We can tailor packages that cover visits to site and can cover whatever each Business requires. For example annual PAT testing, 6 monthly gutter cleans, Quarterly Air Conditioning filter cleans and many more preventative maintenance services.

We can arrange a site visit and put our recommendations forward and then agree visits, tasks, fees, etc with every client. Again, this is when we like to be transparent and unlike others that recommend jobs which aren't necessary, we provide before and after images on every visit along with a condition report.
